Neighbourhood Plan Referendum for the Rowlands Castle area

1 – A referendum will be held on Tuesday 19th September 2023 to decide on the question below:

“Do you want East Hampshire District Council and the South Downs National Park Authority to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Rowlands Castle to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area.”

2 – Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Electoral Services, EHDC, Penns Place, Petersfield, GU31 4EX by 12 midnight on Friday 1^st September 2023. Applications can be made online at www.gov.uk/registertovote

3 – Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Electoral Services, EHDC, Penns Place, Petersfield, GU31 4EX by 5pm on Monday 4^th September 2023.

4 – Applications to vote by proxy at this referendum must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Electoral Services, EHDC, Penns Place, Petersfield, GU31 4EX by 5pm on Monday 11^th September 2023.

5 – Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Elector’s Document valid for this referendum must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Monday 11^th September 2023. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate can be made online at www.gov.uk/apply-for-photo-id-voter-authority-certificate

6 – Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this referendum must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Electoral Services, EHDC, Penns Place, Petersfield, GU31 4EX by 5pm on Tuesday 19^th September 2023.
